Terms of Service

FSDmatch (fsdmatchapp.com) is operated by Tyler Ludwig, a sole proprietor doing business as FSDmatch (“FSDmatch,” “we,” “us”). FSDmatch is available in the United States only.

The service

FSDmatch matches Tesla owners who want a free trial of FSD (Supervised) (“seekers”) with Tesla owners who have a Tesla referral link (“referrers”). Seekers use FSDmatch for free. Matching is first come, first served.

Not affiliated with Tesla

FSDmatch is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc. Trials, credits, and rewards are provided by Tesla under Tesla’s own terms, which may change at any time. We do not guarantee that any trial or reward will be granted.

Referrer fees

Referrers save a card with Stripe. Nothing is charged at sign-up. You are charged $4.20 each time we send your referral link to a seeker, up to 12 times per calendar year (the count resets January 1). Your link may be sent to several seekers at the same time.

Refunds

If a seeker doesn’t use your code, you can request a refund: email support@fsdmatchapp.com after 30 days from when we sent your code to the seeker, with proof they never redeemed it (e.g. a screenshot of your Tesla app referral history showing no new referral since the match date). Refunds are only given if the code was never redeemed; no refund if the seeker redeemed it. Refunds are reviewed and issued manually by FSDmatch if approved. If you’re refunded, we can move you to the front of the line for the next seeker.

Seekers

One request per person per 12 months. You must own a Tesla, live in the US, and not have subscribed to FSD in the past 12 months. Please give accurate information.

SMS Terms

• Program name: FSDmatch.
• What you’ll get: a one-time verification code when you request a match, and a one-time text with your matched Tesla referral link. That’s about 2 messages per request. No marketing messages.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You’ll get one confirmation and no more texts.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact support@fsdmatchapp.com or (802) 404-1881.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Limits of liability

FSDmatch is provided “as is.” To the extent allowed by law, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
