FSDmatch (fsdmatchapp.com) is operated by Tyler Ludwig, a sole proprietor doing business as FSDmatch (“FSDmatch,” “we,” “us”). FSDmatch is available in the United States only.

Information we collect

• Seekers: first and last name, email address, mobile phone number, and your answers to the eligibility questions.
• Referrers: first and last name, email address, your Tesla referral link, and whether you own FSD or subscribe to it.
• Payment information (referrers): card details are entered on Stripe’s secure checkout page and stored by Stripe. FSDmatch never sees or stores your full card number.
• Basic technical data: IP address and request logs, used to prevent abuse (for example, limiting how many verification codes can be requested).

How we use it

• To verify your mobile number with a one-time code.
• To match seekers with referrers and send the matched Tesla referral link to the seeker by email and text.
• To charge referrers the $4.20 match fee and handle refund requests.
• To answer support requests and prevent fraud or duplicate sign-ups.

We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

Service providers

We share information only with providers that help us run FSDmatch: Stripe (payment processing), Twilio (text messages and phone verification), and Cloudflare (website hosting and data storage). They may use the data only to provide their services to us. When we match a seeker with a referrer, the seeker receives the referrer’s Tesla referral link.

SMS and mobile information

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except the service providers listed above that deliver our messages.

Selling data

We do not sell personal information.

Retention

We keep seeker and referrer records for up to 24 months after your last activity so we can enforce the one-trial-per-year rule, handle refunds, and keep payment records. Payment records may be kept longer if required by law. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, unless we must keep it for legal or billing reasons.
